Job Responsibilities:
● Analyze and evaluate the process requirements for new products;
● Write process feasibility plans;
● Plan process projects, analyze and resolve on-site issues, analyze achieved results, and promote implementation;
● Responsible for process technology management and on-site training at overseas factories.
Job Requirements:
● Familiar with and have a good understanding of the production processes of SMT and product assembly in the electronic manufacturing industry;
● More than 5 years of relevant work experience; bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information or related majors;
● Familiar with IE tools and quality control tools and their applications; proficient in engineering drawing software and office software; extensive experience in on-site project implementation; strong requirements analysis skills and project documentation skills;
● Able to communicate in English for daily work; willing to accept overseas business trips of more than six months; overseas project experience is preferred;
● Strong execution ability, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and self-management skills
