Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee on-site management of the raw-material warehouse, implement 7S,safety and personnel management.Standardize warehousing,outbound operations,stock-taking and account records to ensure consistency between book records and physical inventory.
2.Compile and review warehouse operation KPIs,identify pain points in processes and systems, drive optimization of processes,standards and systems to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3.Conduct multi‑dimensional inventory analysis,control inventory turnover,revitalize slow‑moving materials.Collaborate with planning and procurement teams to optimize safety stock and mitigate risks of overstock and material shortage.
4.Research digital and automation warehouse technologies,cooperate with suppliers to implement transformation solutions,and promote intelligent warehouse upgrading.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or related fields.
2. CET‑4 or above, with good English reading and writing skills.
3. Meticulous and rigorous, with strong stress resistance.
