Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for on-site equipment commissioning, system deployment, and operation and maintenance support for overseas smart energy projects.

2. Diagnose and resolve on-site equipment issues, provide remote or on-site technical support to overseas customers, and prepare operation and maintenance reports.

3. Collect and analyze product issues identified in the field, provide timely feedback to R&D and product teams, and support continuous product improvement.

4. Deliver technical training to customers, participate in project acceptance, and prepare and maintain project-related technical documentation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.

2. CET-6 or above, with good English communication skills.

3. Good understanding of the basic principles of electrical and electronic equipment, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site.

4. Willing and able to travel internationally for overseas projects as required.
