岗位职责
1.Lead a group of scientists and oversee the research activities including but not limited to:
1)Antibody discovery project plan and initiation.
2)Animal management and animal immunization.
3)Hybridoma development, antibody screening and characterization.
4)Develop innovative antibody discovery programs.
5)Optimize antibody discovery platforms.
6)Reagent development (e.g. proteins and cell lines).
7)Single B-cell screening & library screening
领导科学家团队，统筹以下研究工作（包括但不限于）：
1)抗体发现项目的规划与启动
2)动物管理与动物免疫
3)杂交瘤制备、抗体筛选与表征
4)开发创新型抗体发现项目
5)优化抗体发现平台
6)试剂开发（如重组蛋白、细胞株）
7)单B细胞筛选&文库筛选
2.Serve as technical leader of discovery projects:
1)Core team member in the assigned discovery projects.
2)Coordinate cross-function / cross-group tasks and assure the project progress.
3)Provide professional guidance to project team and solve the technical challenges.
担任早研项目技术负责人：
1)作为核心成员参与所承担的早研项目
2)协调跨职能/跨小组任务，确保项目按计划推进
3)为项目团队提供专业指导，攻克技术难题
3.Team management:
Management of 3rd-parties (animal facility, CROs).
Workload and resource plan.
Coach and mentor junior scientists.
Assure the team is accountable for corporate compliance, lab safety, lab notebook recording and inspection, etc.
团队管理：
1)管理第三方合作方（动物设施、CRO）
2)制定工作量与资源规划
3)指导并培养初级科学家
4)确保团队遵守公司合规要求、实验室安全、实验记录与检查规范等
岗位要求
1.PhD of biotechnology, molecular biology, immunology or other related scientific field with 6+ years of working experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology company; or Master’s degree with 10+ years of industry experience will be considered.
生物技术、分子生物学、免疫学或相关科学领域博士学位，且在制药/生物技术公司有6年以上工作经验；或硕士学位10年以上行业经验者亦可考虑。
2.Proven track records of developing antibodies into PCC (pre-clinical candidates).
有将抗体成功推进至 PCC（临床前候选化合物）阶段的完整业绩记录。
3.Rich experiences of various techniques in antibody discovery, e.g. various animal immunization methods, hybridoma development, antibody screening techniques.
具备丰富的抗体发现技术经验，包括多种动物免疫方法、杂交瘤制备、抗体筛选技术等。
4.Hands on discovery experience of bispecific antibodies and alpaca derived VHH nanobodies is preferred.
具备双抗、羊驼抗体发现经验者优先。
5.Strong skills of leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving.
具备优秀的领导力、团队协作、沟通与问题解决能力。
