岗位职责
• Partner & Alliance Management: Manage full lifecycle of collaborated products with partners, maintain solid relationships, run regular business reviews and develop long-term cooperation plans.
• Project Delivery: Lead alliance project execution, coordinate internal and partner teams, track milestones, resolve cross-company issues and deliver projects on time.
• Business Performance: Own annual alliance KPIs. Identify new cooperation opportunities and partnership models to drive revenue and ecosystem growth.
• Market & Partner Intelligence: Monitor industry and partner updates, assess risks and opportunities, and support alliance strategy development.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure partnership activities follow contracts, internal policies and compliance requirements to protect company interests.
岗位要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years in project management/strategic alliance / BD / ecosystem roles. Experience in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Proven track record in cross-company partnership setup, project execution and resource integration. Able to build partnership plans and resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong team and project management skills; able to prioritize multiple workstreams and deliver team targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage senior stakeholders and partners, build win-win relationships.
• Commercial mindset, data literacy and result orientation to spot growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated, logical, able to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
• Fluent written and spoken English for cross-border partner engagement preferred.

• Be familiar with the lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products. Ideally covers target to PCC, PCC to IND, IND to BLA
