岗位职责
-Lead LNP formulation and targeted-delivery platform development;
-Drive lipid selection, formulation design and optimization;
-Establish formulation screening and DoE workflows; optimize delivery efficiency, cell/tissue selectivity, potency, and tolerability;
-Establish lipid and formulation structure–activity relationships (SAR) to guide delivery optimization;
-Support developability assessment, scale-up, and development candidate selection.
岗位要求
-PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or related field with~4–6 years industry experience in LNP/nanoparticle formulation and RNA delivery;
-targeted delivery experience strongly preferred
