岗位职责
-Analytical:
Establish fit-for-purpose RNA/LNP analytical methods and workflows;
Characterize particle properties, encapsulation, RNA integrity, purity, and stability;
Support formulation optimization, developability assessment, and candidate selection.
-Chemistry:
Support targeting ligand/lipid design, conjugation, and chemistry optimization in collaboration with internal chemistry teams.
岗位要求
-PhD or Master’s degree with more than 3–5 years industry experience;
-Strong background in RNA/LNP analytical characterization and method development;
-Experience in lipid/ligand chemistry or bioconjugation preferred;
-Multidisciplinary experience desirable
