岗位职责
职位描述：Responsible for the design, development, and embedded implementation of advanced control algorithms for BLDC and stepper motors, targeting high-performance drive systems.
职位职责：
1. Design and implement high-performance motor control strategies, including Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for BLDC/PMSM and stepper motors.
2. Develop sensorless control algorithms, including High-Frequency Injection (HFI) and Sliding Mode Observer (SMO) schemes.
3. Design and implement motor parameter identification algorithms, including resistance, inductance, flux linkage, and inertia estimation.
4. Optimize motor system performance in terms of acoustic noise, efficiency, control precision, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), etc.
5. Debug and resolve engineering issues encountered during system integration and productization.
6. Track emerging technologies in motor control and drive their implementation into practical applications.
7. Collaborate with the ASIC/Hardware design team to conduct Chip verification within the system application environment.
8. Write and maintain technical documentation.
岗位要求
1.Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, automation, electronics, or related fields.
2.Deep understanding of BLDC/PMSM/stepper motor control principles, with proven expertise in FOC, SVPWM, field-weakening control, etc.
3.Be proficient in C programming; hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M and common peripherals (PWM, CAN, SPI, etc.).
4.Ability to read and understand schematics; familiar with MOSFET/IGBT driver circuits and current/voltage sensing and conditioning circuits.
5.Exhibit good communication skills. Be self-motivated and capable. Have clear thinking and design concepts. Possess strong English skills, particularly in technical reading and writing.
