Name of Project: Data Driven Sales Analyst project management
Main Tasks:
1. Sales Planning & Reporting Support
- Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring sales planning reports and presentations for internal meetings and business reviews.
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating retail, wholesale, dealer stock, insurance and sales/market-related data.
- Support the distribution of regular business reports to stakeholders.
2. AI & Process Automation Enablement
- Assist in developing automated workflows.Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude Code, Power Automate, and other digital productivity solutions to streamline daily work and help team improve efficiency.
- Support the automation of recurring reporting processes and manual operational tasks.
- Contribute to the team's AI adoption initiatives by promoting best practices.
3. Support DDX project by assisting project managers in coordinating meetings, prepare documents, and following up on action items.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, workflow automation is is highly preferred.
