Name of Project: Intern_Li-ion Battery Cell R&D锂离子电池电芯研发实习生
Objectives:
- Support Li-ion cell technology update analysis through data research, analysis and documentation.rd
- Prepare reports and documents on Li-ion cell technologies and support other team tasks.
Main Tasks:
- Research, analyze and document Li-ion cell, material and processing technology updates from various sources (40%)
- Support cell teardown specifications, teardown and benchmarking reports, and the cell database (40%).
- Complete other daily team tasks (20%).
Learning Opportunities:
- Work with experienced engineers and gain industry insights into Li-ion batteries and xEVs.
- Understand industry requirements, including KPIs, battery/cell design and technology roadmaps.
- Gain experience in an international company and build industry connections.
Key Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrochemistry, Li-ion batteries or cells, with strong interest in the field.
- Good communication, teamwork, openness and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of cell materials, design, failure analysis, safety or the xEV market is preferred.
- Industry customer/partner experience and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
