Draftsman

Responsibilities:

Produce accurate architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or BIM software.

Assist architects and project team in schematic design, design development, and tender/construction drawing production.

Prepare technical schedules, drawing lists, material schedules, and basic design documentation.

Conduct drawing checking, dimension verification, and ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.

Maintain proper filing, version control, and archiving of all design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Architectural Studies, Building Studies or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD, basic SketchUp /AutoDesk 3D presentation skills is preferred.

Basic understanding of Hong Kong building regulations, architectural drawing standards and construction logic.

Familiar with design development, tender drawing and construction drawing workflows.

Good sense of proportion, layout, detail accuracy and drawing standardization.

Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, proactive and responsible working attitude.

Fluent in spoken Cantonese, basic English reading and writing proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Experience working in Hong Kong local developer or architectural consultancy firm will be an advantage.

Familiar with residential / commercial development project cycles, including feasibility study, DD, tender stage and construction stage is preferred.

Basic BIM / Revit operation knowledge is a plus.
