Responsibilities
Develop and drive BI and analytics strategies to support business growth and data-driven decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, business requirements, and analytics solutions.
Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models to generate actionable insights.
Analyze mall performance, CRM, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement to identify opportunities and improve results.
Apply statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support business optimization and revenue growth.
Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across multiple data sources.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and develop the analytics team and handle ad hoc analysis requests.
Requirements
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Experience in Retail, FMCG, Shopping Mall, or Loyalty Programs is highly preferred.
Strong SQL skills; experience with Tableau or other BI tools is preferred.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data mart development is an advantage.
Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English and Cantonese.
