Job description:
Contribute to overall compound development strategy via application of quantitative methods to integrate knowledge to influence go/no go decision, dose/dosing regimen selection, and optimization of study design throughout drug development. Translate quantitative knowledge into strategic opportunities with to drive development along the model-informed drug development principles.
Plan and perform appropriate analysis (e.g., non-compartmental, population and/or modeling and simulation analysis of PK and/or PD data) of preclinical-clinical translation, dose/exposure-response relationships, to guide dose regimen and optimize study design
Work collaboratively with functional partners to deliver on the project team and corporate objectives.
Candidate Profile :
PhD in pharmacometrics (or a related area such as pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacology, or a related area) with 3~5 years of industry experience in these areas.
Experience in developing Population PK, PK/PD, exposure-response, and other model based-analyses to aid in research and development decision making.
Understanding of overall process of oncology drug development including model informed drug development (MIDD) and the overall pharmaceutical R&D process.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, English communication skills (both written and verbal).
