Principal IT Specialist (Project Support & Shared Services)

(本項職位空缺只備英文版本) Principal IT Specialist (Project Support & Shared Services) (Ref: IT-INT-PS-PITS-COW) Responsibilities: Reporting to the Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties: • To implement and manage various IT systems, cloud services and the end-user computing platform • To oversee system upgrades, security, automation, and performance optimisation • To maintain documentation and ensure system compliance • To collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with enterprise applications • To support IT infrastructure-related projects, evaluate emerging technologies and mentor junior staff Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: o Identity, certificate, and access management (e.g. Microsoft AD, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, GPO) o Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Forms) o Enterprise email systems (e.g. Microsoft Exchange, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Cisco SEG) o End-user computing platform management (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Defender) o Privileged identity and access management (e.g. CyberArk) • Certification in ITIL, PMP or any of the above areas an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Senior IT Specialist. This is a 2-year contract position. Renewal of contract or appointment as a member of our permanent workforce is subject to the Company’s business needs and the performance of the individual.
