No. TND-TS-TEII-LPT-COW ) Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Manager (Loss Prevention & Training), the appointee will perform the following responsibilities: • To assist in formulating training strategies and identifying training needs of the operational and safety training programmes for employees of the Transmission and Distribution Division • To design plan and deliver operational, authorisation and safety training • To monitor training progress and provide advice and guidance to engineering trainees and apprentices • To evaluate training programmes and prepare training analysis and budgets Requirements: • Bachelor’sDegreeinEngineeringorrelateddisciplines • minimumof6years’experienceindesigning,planningandorganisingtrainingprogrammeswithatleast3years’experienceinasupervisoryrole • Experience in public utility and/or handling HKIE's Scheme A Training Programme and Vocational Training Council’spprenticeshipProgrammesfortraineesanadvantage • Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and Chinese typing skill • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages • Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles Working Location : Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided.
