No. TND-TS-EI-LPT-COW) Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Manager (Loss Prevention & Training), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities: • To assist in designing, planning, and organising training programmes for employees, including engineering trainees • To monitor training progress of trainees and apprentices to ensure alignment with training objectives • To support identification of training needs and development of training strategies • To evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements • To supervise and manage a team of engineering trainees, ensuring performance and development targets are met Requirements: • Bachelor’sDegreeinElectricalEngineeringorrelateddisciplines • minimumof5years’experienceinelectricalengineering • Knowledge in training program development, training need analysis and related training documentation • Experience in public utility and/or handling HKIE's Scheme A Training Programme and Vocational TrainingCouncil’spprenticeshipProgrammesfortraineesanadvantage • Self-motivated with strong supervisory skills, execution capabilities and results-oriented mindset • Good computer skills of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and Chinese typing skill • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages • Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided (本項職位空缺只備英文版本) Application: If you are interested in this position, please send your resume and the Application Form (in PDF format) to the Human Resources Division, The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. at recruit@hkelectric.com.
