• Governance & Decision Support. Implement governance frameworks and decision-support mechanisms across Strategy, R&D, BD, and Commercial functions to ensure portfolio and strategic decisions are evidence-based, timely, and aligned to Harbour's long-term vision.
• Executive Communication. Deliver CEO-grade outputs, concise memos, executive presentations, and deep-dive strategic reports tailored to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Hands-on proficiency with mainstream intelligence and clinical trial databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese; CEO-memo-style writing experience is highly valued.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., M.S., or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in Harbour's core therapeutic areas: immuno-oncology, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
• Direct experience with our key modalities: bispecific antibodies (BsAb), antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), and T-cell engagers (TCE).
• Familiarity with various industry intelligence sources and global regulatory agency & laws.
• Prior experience supporting executive-level BD evaluations, strategic landscape reports, or portfolio governance processes at MNC or top Biotech/biopharma.
