Responsibilities:
1.
Lead cross-functional teams to define program objectives, develop integrated development strategies, and build comprehensive project plans. Oversee end-to-end program development to ensure execution.
2.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource utilization against approved plans to ensure full alignment with program targets. Support resource prioritization and allocation and maintain accurate program data for internal systems and senior management reporting.
3.
Organize regular and ad-hoc program meetings, and lead cross-functional task forces as needed. Align internal and external stakeholders on project progress, strategy updates and issue resolution. Draft meeting minutes, facilitate cross-team collaboration and drive innovative problem-solving to streamline project delivery.
4.
Proactively identify program bottlenecks, potential risks and roadblocks, and analyze core program challenges. Develop contingency plans, deliver actionable solutions and strategic guidance, and optimize workflows to accelerate high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
Requirements
1.
A master’s degree in life-science with minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment; experience in clinical development and/or portfolio management.
2.
3-5 years of clinical portfolio management or clinical operation experience is a plus.
3.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure project success.
4.
Excellent project management skills (workplan/critical path, risk/issue management, governance coordination, stakeholder management).
5.
Strong cross-functional leadership and influence; effective negotiation and conflict management.
6.
Demonstrated writing, communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
