工作内容
1. 招聘与配置：负责发布职位、筛选简历、组织面试，办理员工入职、调动及离职手续，保障各部门人才需求。
2. 员工关系与企业文化：协助开展员工沟通、满意度调研及文化活动，处理员工咨询与劳动争议，营造和谐组织氛围。
3. 培训与绩效支持：协助组织培训实施和效果跟踪，参与绩效管理流程运作，提供数据与流程支持。
4. 制度与数据维护：协助撰写和修订人力资源制度与管理流程，维护员工信息及档案，完成日常人事数据统计与分析。
1. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination; facilitate employee onboarding, transfers, and separations to meet departmental talent needs.
2. Employee Relations & Corporate Culture: Support employee communication, satisfaction surveys, and cultural activities; address staff inquiries and labor disputes to foster a harmonious workplace.
3. Training & Performance Support: Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking outcomes; participate in performance management processes by providing data and procedural support.
4. Policy & Data Maintenance: Contribute to the drafting and revision of HR policies and procedures; maintain employee records and files; perform routine HR data analysis and reporting.
