工作内容
1. 数据监控与报告： 定期跟踪、整理公司核心经营数据，制作监控报表和可视化看板，汇报业务完成情况。
2. 问题分析与洞察： 深入分析业务数据波动和异常，定位关键问题，并探究其背后的原因，提供初步建议。
3. 战略支持与规划： 协助团队进行市场研究、竞争对手分析，为公司的年度规划、目标制定和战略决策提供数据支持。
4. 专项研究： 参与特定的经营分析项目，通过数据建模等方法，对业务趋势进行预测，并输出分析报告
1. Data Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and consolidate the company's core operational data, develop monitoring reports and visual dashboards, and report on business performance.
2. Problem Analysis & Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of business data fluctuations and anomalies, identify key issues, investigate root causes, and provide preliminary recommendations.
