工作内容
从全球范围内招聘招聘具有跨专业技能的、多语言工作能力的、全面发展的、身体素质好、立志在海外艰苦环境长期发展的特别杰出的本硕博毕业生，按专项计划培养，在全球各地的岗位获得现场经验，经多维度培养后成为管理岗位储备人才。
Globally recruit exceptional bachelor, master and doctorate graduates with cross‑disciplinary skills, multilingual competence, all‑round capabilities and good physical health. Participants in the special development program will acquire field experience worldwide and grow into management pipeline talents via multi‑faceted training.
任职条件
（1）专业排名：在同班级内成绩排名前10%；
（2）主修专业外的外语水平：英语水平达到辩论级别并通过集团语言测试；英语达到无障碍工作交流，CET-6/托福80/雅思6.0/领思160/托业785以上等可作参考，具备多语言工作能力。
（3）数智技能水平：通过全国计算机等级考试，或通过CCF认证、微软认证等证明等；
（4）主修专业外技能水平：具备主修专业外的其他专业技能，可提供相应论文，证书，或学校出具的成绩单；
（5）沟通表达技能及管理经营理念：担任院、校级学生会主席或学生会核心干部；辅修过经营管理相关课程；具有文体特长或写作、演讲等专业特长；有丰富社会实践经验；
（6）身体素质：身体健康，有运动习惯；气质形象良好；符合公司体能测试要求，体检报告合格；心理健康，抗压能力强，情绪良好，能够从容面对各类问题，接受全球挑战。
（7）立志在海外艰苦环境长期发展，热爱跨文化工作环境，适应创业型和艰苦工作环境；未来应安排跨国工作，也可在当地工作。
(1) Academic Ranking: Top 10% within class
(2) Foreign‑language Skill: Debate‑level English, pass Group language test; fluent for work. Reference: CET‑6 / TOEFL≥80 / IELTS≥6.0 / Linguaskill≥160 / TOEIC≥785; multilingual capability preferred
(3) Digital‑intelligence Skill: National Computer Rank Examination / CCF / Microsoft or equivalent certifications
(4) Extra‑major Competency: Extra‑major skills supported by papers, certificates or official university transcripts
(5) Communication & Management Awareness: College/university student union president or core cadre; completed business‑management minor courses; strengths in sports, arts, writing or public speaking; rich social practice experience
(6) Physical & Mental Quality: Keep regular exercise, good personal image, pass corporate fitness test & physical examination; mentally resilient, stable emotion, ready for global challenges
(7) Overseas Development Willingness: Committed to long‑term work in tough overseas & cross‑cultural entrepreneurial environments; available for international or local assignments
