工作内容
1. 合规体系建设与完善：协助构建并持续优化公司合规管理体系，参与合规调研，收集整理相关资料，为制定合规管理手册及岗位合规清单提供支持；
2. 项目合规审查：深度参与公司重大投资、资本运作项目，从法律合规角度进行专业审查。负责对项目涉及的各类法律文件进行细致审核，精准识别法律风险，并起草、修改相关合同、协议等文件，确保项目合法合规推进。
3. 日常合规事务协助：协助处理其他日常法律合规事务，如参与合规培训组织工作，负责培训资料的准备；解答公司内部员工的法律合规咨询等。
1. Compliance System Development: Assist in establishing and continuously improving the company's compliance management system. Participate in compliance research, collect and organize relevant materials, and support the development of compliance manuals and position-specific compliance checklists.
2. Project Compliance Review: Actively participate in major corporate investment and capital operation projects, providing professional review from legal and compliance perspectives. Conduct detailed examination of project-related legal documents, accurately identify legal risks, and draft or revise contracts and agreements to ensure project adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Daily Compliance Support: Assist with routine legal and compliance matters, including participating in the organization of compliance training programs and preparing training materials. Respond to internal employee inquiries regarding legal and compliance issues.

We are seeking candidates with strong logical reasoning and exceptional communication skills. Preference will be given to those who have passed the National Uniform Legal Professional Qualification Examination. Suitable academic backgrounds include International Law, Civil & Commercial Law, Procedural Law, Corporate Law, and related legal disciplines.
