工作内容
供应服务方向：
1. 负责采购计划执行与全过程跟踪，包括计划接收、立项报批、合同与订单流程管理及执行进展的动态反馈与分析。
2. 负责供应商协同与履约管理，参与供应商考察、履约评价及日常维护，并完成采购相关材料的归档工作。
物流方向：
1. 负责跨境物流全流程的监控、协调与异常处理，对接外部服务商保障高效清关与日常物流运作，并快速响应紧急需求以保障物资供应时效。
2. 负责物流服务采购与供应商管理，包括采购流程执行、成本分析、绩效评估与数据维护，持续优化物流方案并推动成本节约。
后勤服务方向：
1. 负责统筹当地行政后勤事务，包括宿舍、食堂、车辆、接待、安全等日常运营，以及后勤资产、物资采购、库存和标准化管理工作。
Supply Service Direction:
1. Execute procurement plans and conduct full-process tracking, including order reception, project initiation and approval, contract and order process management, as well as dynamic feedback and analysis of execution progress.
2. Manage supplier collaboration and performance, participate in supplier evaluations, performance assessments, and daily maintenance, and complete the archiving of procurement-related materials.
Logistics Direction:
1. Monitor, coordinate, and resolve exceptions in cross-border logistics processes; collaborate with external service providers to ensure efficient customs clearance and daily logistics operations, and respond quickly to urgent demands to guarantee supply timeliness.
2. Handle logistics service procurement and supplier management, including procurement process execution, cost analysis, performance evaluation, and data maintenance, while continuously optimizing logistics solutions and driving cost savings.
Administrative Services Direction:
1. Oversee local administrative and logistical affairs, including the daily operations of dormitories, cafeterias, vehicles, receptions, and security, as well as the management of logistical assets, material procurement, inventory, and standardization.
