- About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team, supporting our Operational Compliance work in automotive sales and after-sales across Europe.

You will work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to research regulatory requirements, monitor legal developments and help translate legal obligations into practical, business-oriented compliance solutions.

- Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret EU legislation and the laws and regulations of EU Member States relevant to our European operations.

• Monitor regulatory developments, enforcement actions and relevant case law, and prepare internal legal updates and research memoranda.

• Assist in identifying and assessing compliance risks relating to sanctions and export controls, competition and antitrust law, sustainability and supply-chain due diligence, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption.

• Support the preparation of legal analyses, compliance guidance and recommendations for business teams.

• Assist the line manager in developing practical compliance policies, procedures and risk-mitigation measures tailored to specific business scenarios.

- Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programme in Law.

• A strong interest in EU law, international business law, competition law or related fields.

• Strong legal research, analytical and written communication skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
