Objectives:
- Support the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise AI agents and digital solutions for Finance & Controlling.
- Help develop data-driven, intelligent finance solutions and explore innovative AI applications in the finance domain.
Main Tasks:
- Support the design, configuration, testing and optimization of AI agents and copilots for Finance & Controlling use cases.
- Monitor AI solutions, investigate user issues, analyze root causes and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain knowledge bases, refine prompts and improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses.
- Collect business requirements, identify automation opportunities and support solution design workshops.
- Participate in POCs, evaluate emerging AI technologies and enhance existing digital solutions with AI.
Learning Opportunities:
- Apply GenAI and AI agents to real Finance & Controlling scenarios.
- Gain end-to-end experience from business use-case identification to solution development, testing and continuous improvement.
- Combine AI technology, finance knowledge and digital transformation experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Good foundation in Python, data processing and software development.
- Knowledge or exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG or APIs is highly preferred.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with interest in solving business problems through technology.
- Able to investigate problems independently, experiment, learn new technologies quickly and turn ideas into working solutions.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
