Collateral Specialist

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, someone who can balance the demands to support business growth versus the need for rigorous control? Do you have an appetite to understand the front-to-back flow to come up with creative ways to manage risk and improve processes? We're looking for someone who can:

- Be part of our Collateral and Margin Management team

- Understand the F2B operational risks and responsible for the service delivery of daily margin and collateral management for Asia Pacific

- Work closely with Traders to facilitate margin calls, recalls, pledging activities and to meet tight market deadlines.

- Perform front-to-back controls to ensure collateral position and trades are properly reconciled

- Engage with external clients and internal partners (Trading, Account Managers, Settlements & Confirmation, Finance, etc...) to provide operational support and independent advice on margin flow and operational risks

- Participate in process enhancements initiatives and new business roll-out, and the associated testing on system changes
