● Contribute to the long-term business strategy using internal, external, qualitative and quantitative data with a strategic, data-driven and user-centric approach.
● Contribute to the development of investment methodologies and frameworks, to make the best resource allocation decisions that lead us to our strategic goals.
● Manage cross-functional projects & stakeholders to make sure every area is aligned with our strategic and tactical guidelines while contributing towards the same goal.
● Optimize resource allocation to ensure we reach our business goals through investment decisions across cities and channels guided by a data-driven and business-driven mindset.
● Oversee the execution of initiatives in your markets coordinating with all relevant functions, reacting quickly to changes in the marketplace, always aiming to anticipate different scenarios and having clear governance mechanisms.
● Contribute to talent development

● Data-driven: The use of logic and data is central to your decision-making process. It is paramount to the strategies you craft and decisions you make.
● Fast mover: You have proven success in high-performance environments (e.g. experience in startups, finance, or management consulting).
● 6+ years of previous professional experience in strategic and analytical roles, such as investment banking, management consulting, leading strategic areas in start-ups, etc.
● Fluent in English and Spanish
