Job Description 职责描述

1.Conduct quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle within electronic component development projects, ensuring software quality objectives are achieved and delivering quality contributions for BSH. 在电子件软件研发全生命周期中开展质量保证活动，确保软件质量目标的达成，并为BSH带来质量贡献。

2.Provide early-stage software quality planning for new projects and lifecycle change projects; ensure process compliance through systematic QA activities aligned with defined development milestone. 为新项目及变更类项目提供软件先期质量策划，通过系统性质量保证活动确保开发流程符合性，包括各开发里程碑节点的准入准出管控。

3.Monitor and manage software-related OPLs (Open Points List) and risks throughout the development process; proactively identify potential risks and drive preventive actions to avoid quality escapes. 在软件开发过程中，监控并管理软件相关的问题（OPL）及风险项，主动识别潜在风险并推动预防措施的落实，避免质量问题外流。

4.Support and execute software release process in accordance with defined procedures; ensure all release criteria and work products (e.g., SW requirement specification, test reports, release notes) are fulfilled before software release approval. 按照既定流程支持并执行软件释放活动，确保软件释放前所有准入条件及工作成果（如软件需求规格书、测试报告、释放说明等）均已满足要求。

5.Support software-related problem solving by applying structured quality methodologies; collaborate with cross-functional teams (SW development, system engineering, testing) to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. 运用结构化质量方法论支持软件相关问题的解决，与跨职能团队（软件开发、系统工程、测试等）协作，推动根本原因分析及纠正措施的落实。

6.Develop deep understanding of the software development process and be able to provide constructive suggestions for process improvement and optimization. 深入理解软件开发流程，并能够对流程改善与优化提出建设性建议。

Requirements 基本要求

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 本科及以上学历，软件工程、电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业。

2.Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in software quality assurance or software development; experience in embedded software or electronic control unit (ECU) development is preferred. 至少3-5年软件质量保证或软件开发相关工作经验；有嵌入式软件或电子控制单元（ECU）开发经验者优先。

3.Familiar and capability of operation quality tools and methodologies, including Risk Assessment, PDCA, and software testing standards. 了解并能运用质量工具和方法论，包括风险评估、PDCA及软件测试标准等。

4.Familiar with software release management process and relevant work products (SW specifications, test reports, traceability matrix, etc.). 熟悉软件释放管理流程及相关工作产物（软件规格书、测试报告、需求追溯矩阵等）。

5.Strong quality mindset with a proactive attitude toward risk prevention and issue escalation. 具备强烈的质量意识，对风险预防和问题升级持积极主动的态度。

6.Good English communication skills (both written and spoken). 良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写）。

7.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and drive issues to closure. 具备较强的跨职能沟通与协作能力，能够独立工作并推动问题闭环。
