Objective of the Position 岗位目标

Join the Factory Manufacturing Engineering Synergy Team within BSH cooking product division. This role offers career‑path potential towards leadership, expert or project management tracks at BSH. As the local owner for testing and programming processes, you will set up & review relevant processes and standards, continuously optimize workflows and deliver smart solutions to improve safety, quality and productivity. You will enhance process reliability via intelligent & efficient solutions and deploy Industry 4.0 smart solutions for testing and programming.

Support new‑product projects by driving requirements for new programming & testing technology introduction. 通过导入新的烧录和测试技术需求，支持新品项目的导入。

Drive factory test‑plan setup and improvement to meet internal & external quality release requirements. 主导工厂测试计划的设置和改善以满足内外部质量放行的要求。

Cooperate with China & global BSH process owners for international experience exchange. 通过和大中华区和全球 BSH 流程负责人的合作，开展国际化经验交流。

Drive and update testing‑and‑programming‑process PFMEA for continuous risk‑management improvement. 主导并更新测试和烧录流程的 PFMEA 并持续改善风险管控。

Lead EHS improvement initiatives (energy‑saving, noise control, safety enhancement etc.) for testing & programming area. 主导测试和烧录区域的环境安全改善，包含节能、噪音控制、安全改善等。

Adopt systematic problem‑solving tools (8D, Six Sigma) for issue resolution. 运用系统的问题解决工具（8D、六西格玛）解决问题。

Complete annual‑work‑plan tasks and assigned deliverables from superior on‑time with strong innovation mindset. 准时高效并富有创新地完成上级交代的年度计划内工作及交付任务。

Demonstrate leadership willingness to take extra accountability and achieve challenging targets. 有意愿发展个人领导力，承担更多的责任以完成更有挑战性的目标。

Job Profile 任职要求

Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or other engineering‑related disciplines. 本科或以上学历，电气、电子、自动化或者其他工程背景相关专业。

Professional experience: Minimum 5‑year working experience with understanding of home‑appliance testing. 专业经验：5 年及以上家电测试相关工作经验。

Project experience: Minimum 3‑year hands‑on experience in programming, automation and electronics fields. 项目经验：3 年及以上烧录、自动化、电子相关项目经验。

Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of SAP and CAD is preferred. 熟练使用 MS Office；了解 SAP、CAD 优先。

Know‑how of electrical‑safety testing. 掌握电气安全测试知识。

Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics & pneumatics. 熟悉机械、液压和气动知识。

Knowledge of fixture & JIG design. 了解工装和夹具设计。

Programming knowledge covering both software and hardware. 具备软硬件烧录相关知识。

English: Working proficiency required; German is not mandatory. 英语：可作为工作语言；德语不作强制要求。
