R&D Engr/Scientist I

Support all the lab operation work but mainly focus on FIP business—propellants,packaging, Foam industry;

Support engineers/customers on testing and evaluation work, support project works.

Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory procedures with general supervision required for the preparation and evaluation of various propellants/solvents/blowing agents-based materials and related evaluations.

Manage proactively sample preparation and testing主动管理样品制备和测试

Conduct all necessary calculations and record experimental data in a laboratory notebook and summarize the experimental results for his / her direct supervisor. 进行所有必要的计算，将实验数据记录在实验室笔记本中，并为其直接主管总结实验结果；

Continue to expand work field, prepare to transfer to other projects based on project request/adjust;

Maintain lab safety and 5S, in time close all HSE related findings / activities;

支持所有实验室操作工作，但主要集中在FIP业务——气雾推进剂、药品包装和发泡行业；

支持工程师/客户进行测试和评估工作，支持项目工作。

执行常规和非常规实验室程序，并进行各种抛射剂/溶剂/发泡剂为基础的样品的制备和评估以及相关评估所需的操作；

持续积极的拓展自己的技能领域，根据项目要求调整，随时准备转入其他项目；

维护实验室安全和5S，及时完成所有安全相关问题及任务；

Support RD Engineer to manage related chemicals, include from New chemical application to storage management and waste treatment;

支持研发工程师管理相关化学品，包括从新化学品应用到储存管理和废物处理；

Support RD Engineer / project team to do the related procurement work;

支持研发工程师/项目团队完成相关采购工作；

Ensure the lab equipment in good condition through TPM;

通过TPM确保实验室设备处于良好状态；

Experiences:

2 years plus in a chemical laboratory operation experience;

2年以上化学品实验室操作经验；

Prefer lab experiences in PU industry.

有聚氨酯行业实验室操作经验者优先

Has R&D lab experience- has knowledge about chemical management/lab related equipment maintenance, and HSE & 5S as well.

有研发实验室经验-了解化学品管理/实验室相关设备维护，以及HSE和5S。

Education:

College or Bachelor, in Chemistry or Material Science or equivalent

大专或本科学历，化学或材料科学或同等专业

Non-Technical Competencies:

A strong driver to focus on deliverables with sense of urgency.

有强烈的紧迫感，专注于交付成果；

Basic English reading / writing is required.

要求具备基本的英语读/写能力；

Teamwork spirit / Self-motivated.

有团队精神，有上进心；

A working knowledge of standard PC operations (word, excel and powerpoint).具备基本的电脑操作（word、excel和powerpoint）的能力；

Ability to finish the assigned work independently.
