职务描述：
Oversees the loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft, ensuring timely, secure, safe and accurate transfers to and from various transportation modes. May manage teams of employees within and across operations. ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and security measures. Administers inventory controls, audits cargo documentation, and utilizes specialized ground support equipment to optimize operational efficiency. Manages and oversees the overall cost and financial impact. Builds alliances with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Monitors and enhances procedures, providing oversight of training programs and performance standards. Applies a broader understanding of the UPS network to adjust local activities and address contingencies. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in regulated locations, evaluating processes, managing risk, and ensuring ongoing compliance with laws and industry regulations.
Delivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations. Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely.
Performs manual work that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines. Completes assigned tasks with a moderate supervision.
