职务描述：

Leads and manages hub and transportation operations to ensure efficient, safe, and effective execution of automated sort and delivery processes. Oversees daily operations, including staffing, process control, process rates and adapting contingencies based on volume and customer demands. Manages and oversees the overall cost and financial impact. Utilizes hub technologies to support data accuracy, package visibility, and performance. Drives continuous improvement through performance monitoring, technical upgrades, and process enhancements. Plans and coordinates activities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Applies a broader understanding of UPS network needs to adjust local activities and address contingencies. Monitors and administers technical and process changes to improve operational efficiency and processes.

Delivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations. Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely.

Performs manual work characterized by methods and tasks that are described in detail. Works under close supervision. Requires little or no prior relevant training or work experience.
