Principal Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including heat exchanger engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers and project managers to develop cost-effectiveness Maglev chiller products and solutions according to marketing requirements.

Conduct research and analyze Maglev chiller market demands, industry trends, and customer requirements to ensure optimal product performance and competitiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduce target through design, quality and production improvement.

Collaborate with reliability and quality teams to improve Maglev chiller reliability and achieve quality target.

Perform technical calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design concepts and optimize chiller system performance.

Conduct technical support on sales and after-sales business to achieve revenue target.

Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams on order management to ensure the smooth manufacturing and test of chiller products, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

Conduct technical engineering report and engineering design manuals, component standards and codes for chiller design standardization.

Participate in product improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and proposing design modifications or enhancements based on customer feedback or field performance data.

Stay up to date with advancements in chiller technology, and relevant industry standards to contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts.
