财务主管

Strategic purpose of the position:

Support Supply Chain Finance Director to drive Supply Chain cost continuous transparency and efficiency improvement including provide related analysis in both management report and statutory report, verify and track SC saving target could be delivered, support on digitalization projects and Company Sail 27 related project and business growth in China.

Job responsibilities:

1. Verify, track and support to drive SC saving target to be delivered.

2. Support on the project of driving SC cost continuous transparency and efficiency improvement

3. Provide analysis on supply chain related OCM cost

4. Prepare and analyze supply chain cost for List Company’s Quarter & Annual report in PRC Gaap

5. Provide analysis on returnable packaging cost and overdue deposit income

6. Responsible for Internal Company transfer price management and checking

7. Support on preparing and analyzing SC cost related Budget & Estimation

8. Support external and internal audit preparation and follow up.

9. Support on supply chain & supply chain finance related digitalization projects

Educational / minimum requirements:

Education:

University graduate in Finance/Accounting or relevant professional qualification

Language:

Fluent on English communication both verbally and in written. Mandarin is a must.

Experience:

At least 5 years working experience in finance. Experience in FMCG industry will be of advantage.

Competencies / Personality:

1. Having solid working experience in accounting treatment/financial reporting /finance analysis, having supply chain finance experience or FMCG industry finance experience will be of advantage.

2. Sensitive on numbers, strong financial management senses and analytical abilities i.e. excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Power query, Power BI, Power platform etc.

3. Have good interpersonal skills with ability to independently work with individuals and teams.

4. Be energetic, passionate about driving for results.
