What You'll Do
Execute delivery/O&M projects in accordance with international project contracts, ensuring projects meet contractual profit targets.
Organize and coordinate cross-functional project teams across relevant internal business departments, effectively allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
Analyze, collect, and identify all project requirements and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project execution plans and safeguard measures.
Establish project risk management matrices, manage project risks, and mitigate execution risks.
Support company and departmental management to ensure projects are executed rationally, effectively, and in full compliance.
Maintain on-site owner relationships, understand customer needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing construction contractors per project plans, and drive progress across various overseas projects.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering-related field. Civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related majors preferred.
Good spoken English capable of handling daily work communication. Must be willing to be based overseas long-term, with the ability to adapt to different cultural and living environments.
Strong project organization and management mindset, with excellent stress tolerance, leadership, and team-building skills; outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in office software; valid driver's license preferred.
Additional language skills (minor languages or others) preferred, as they bring added value to the role.
Resilient and adaptable — able to respond positively to changes in the external environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
