What You'll Do
Organize and participate in project bidding. Work jointly with the customer-facing team to complete and follow up on project bids for the company's wind turbines, energy storage, and other products. Own bid organization, pre-bid risk identification, and bid document preparation throughout the process.
Organize and drive contract execution. Coordinate across departments to complete contract negotiation, contract risk identification, contract drafting, and signing for wind turbine, energy storage, and service projects.
Manage contract risk. Comprehensively identify and assess project risks across commercial, legal, financial, engineering, logistics, and delivery dimensions. Effectively control contract risks to ensure compliant execution of sales projects and improve project profitability.
Build international business mechanisms and processes. Systematically summarize international business risks and successful business models; participate in standardizing international risk management tools; drive the development and optimization of organizational mechanisms and processes to provide institutional support for frontline business success.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree or above; law, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields preferred.
Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English fluently as a working language.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid contract negotiation capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in international project bidding, commercial, legal, or engineering services is preferred.
