Join Siemens Energy and play a key commercial role that helps win new business and deliver successful transformer projects. You will support both the bid phase and project execution phase, balancing commercial performance, risk management, and project transparency while protecting the company’s interests and positive cash flow. From shaping bidding strategies and commercial concepts to managing project finances, cash collection, and revenue recognition, you will work closely with sales, offer, project management, customers, and factory teams. Your expertise will help turn opportunities into orders and contracts into profitable project outcomes. Every day, you will contribute to stronger business decisions, commercial excellence, and long-term customer success.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the commercial management of bids by supporting bidding strategies, evaluating business models, analyzing contracts, and helping secure new orders while protecting company interests and cash flow.

Manage commercial topics including cost calculations, financing concepts, payment terms, currency and hedging strategies, risks and opportunities, compliance, export control, insurance, and credit assessments.

Partner with sales teams, offer managers, factory management, customers, and other stakeholders to drive commercial alignment and facilitate successful contract negotiations.

Oversee commercial and financial activities during project execution, including cost planning, monitoring, reporting, order intake, revenue recognition, invoice issuance, and monthly forecasting.

Ensure effective cash collection, support customer claims and contract changes, and help maintain project profitability, quality, and schedule objectives throughout execution.

What You Bring

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Law, Trading, or a related field.

You bring 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in business administration, commercial management, finance, project controlling, or a similar area.

You have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with SAP and/or Spiridon is an advantage.

You demonstrate strong cooperation and communication skills, are solution-oriented, and maintain a customer-focused mindset
