Head of Commercial Estate Management

Our Client

A leading property developer in Hong Kong is seeking a senior commercial estate management professional to lead the estate management function for a sizable commercial portfolio, including Grade A office, retail and mixed-use assets. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Assistant General Manager and managing a team of Senior Managers.

The Role

Lead and supervise a team of Senior Estate Managers and below, overseeing commercial estate management matters across the assigned portfolio.

Act as a core member of the City Management team, contributing to general policy and measures.

Handle COC-related matters and participate in decision-making on internal operating procedures and policies.

Supervise estate staff, vendors and contractors to ensure high service standards across office, retail and mixed-use assets.

Coordinate across departments including Works, Landscape, Community Relations, Administration, Projects, Leasing and other business units.

Maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers and all relevant stakeholders.

Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements

Degree holder in Estate/Property/Facilities Management or related disciplines.

Minimum 15 years' relevant experience, with at least 10 years at managerial level; preferably with proven experience managing sizable, high-end commercial portfolios.

PMP (Tier 1) licence holder.

Chartered Member of CIH, Corporate Member of HKIH or equivalent is a must.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Well-organised with a systematic approach to operations and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
