About the Client
Our client is a market-leading consumer brand with a substantial retail workforce and a strong employer reputation in Hong Kong. Due to ongoing expansion and talent investment, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume frontline hiring for retail stores.
Partner closely with retail operations and business leaders on manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Drive sourcing initiatives through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
Handle recruitment for store operations, sales associates, supervisors, and other retail positions.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment-related projects.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide hiring market insights.
Requirement
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Around 5 years' recruitment experience.
Background from both in-house TA and recruitment agency is highly preferred.
Strong experience in fashion / retail industry recruitment.
Proven track record in large-scale frontline hiring.
Familiar with labour market trends within retail and fashion sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
