1-Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and delivery of HR system, WFM, time‑attendance and shift‑scheduling projects, including business process design, system configuration, user training, data preparation, go‑live cut‑over and other relevant project delivery services. Deliver overall project implementation on schedule and with guaranteed quality.
Analyse and diagnose customer requirements, provide corresponding solutions, and respond to and resolve various customer‑raised issues.
Complete work assigned by the Project Manager and support the Project Manager in project acceptance activities.
2-Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of deep proficiency in market‑leading workforce‑management suites, such as solutions within the HCM / HR‑SaaS domain and the SAP ecosystem, both vendor‑side and client‑side backgrounds are welcomed. Prior relevant background in Workforce and UKG is highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work under high-intensity pressure:
Capable of managing tight deadlines, fluctuating client demands, and multiple concurrent project streams while maintaining quality, accuracy, and composure.
Language：
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
3-Preferred Attributes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven track record in managing client expectations and delivering complex projects on time.
Proven expertise in Hong Kong WFM statutory requirements (e.g., Employment Ordinance, leave, attendance, overtime, holiday rules) .
