Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and delivery of HR systems, WFM (Workforce Management), attendance & scheduling, Payroll and related projects, including business process design, system configuration, user training, data preparation, cutover and go-live, and other implementation services; ensure overall project delivery on time and to quality standards.
Analyze and diagnose client requirements, propose solutions, and respond to and resolve various client inquiries and issues.
Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager and support the PM in project acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
Prior implementation experience with enterprise application software such as E-HR / ERP / MES / OA / CRM is preferred; implementation experience in HR management or attendance systems (HRMS / HRIS / HCM / eHR / WFM, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with standard HR system modules, especially attendance management, scheduling and workforce planning, personnel management, and Payroll, is preferred.
Working knowledge of basic SQL syntax in SQL Server, MySQL, or other databases.
Strong business understanding and the ability to drive business initiatives forward.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
