Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and energetic graduate to support our specialty paper product lines. This role suits a recent graduate from either a technical background (paper, printing, or chemical engineering) or a business background (marketing, international trade) who is eager to move into a commercial marketing role and willing to build up product knowledge.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our technical production teams and our clients — communicating product specifications clearly and coordinating marketing tasks to deadline. We are looking for someone eager to learn, resilient under pressure, and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
l Product Communication: Translate technical specifications of specialty paper into clear marketing materials and client communications.
l Task Coordination: Coordinate marketing projects and job tasks across internal departments (Production, Sales, Logistics) to ensure delivery on schedule and against agreed deadlines.
l Client/Vendor Liaison: Communicate effectively with stakeholders on product features, order status, and technical inquiries.
l Marketing Support: Assist in preparing presentations, product samples, and promotional materials.
l Adaptability: Take on ad-hoc tasks and continuously learn new product knowledge as market and company needs evolve.

l 产品沟通： 将特种纸的技术规格转化为清晰的营销材料和客户沟通内容。
l 任务协调： 协调跨部门（生产、销售、物流）的营销项目与工作任务，确保按计划推进并按时交付。
l 客户/供应商联络： 就产品特性、订单状态及技术咨询与相关方进行有效沟通。
l 营销支持： 协助准备演示文稿、产品样品及宣传材料。
l 适应能力： 承担临时性任务，并随市场及公司需求变化持续学习新产品知识。
职位要求：
l Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors: Marketing, International Trade, or related fields, with cross-cultural business experience an advantage. Alternatively, one of the following technical backgrounds:
-Chemical Engineering / Chemistry (Paper Science or Pulp & Paper focus)
-Paper Making Engineering / Paper Science
-Printing / Packaging Technology
l Communication & Execution: Fluent in Chinese and English; strong writing and reporting skills; proactive, able to execute assigned tasks efficiently, and resilient under pressure.
l Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short-term assignments.
l 本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业优先，具备跨文化商务合作知识背景者更佳。或具备以下理工科专业背景之一：
-化学工程 / 化学（侧重造纸科学或制浆造纸方向）。
-造纸工程 / 造纸科学。
-印刷 / 包装技术。
l 沟通与执行能力：中英文双语沟通流畅，具备优秀的文字整理与汇报能力；工作积极主动，能高效落实上级安排的任务，抗压性强。
接受短期的国内外出差。
