Brief Description of the position:
The holder of the position ensures the availability of After-Sales Diagnosis Scripts and In-Car Diagnosis Functions and is suitable for the respective markets on vehicles, platforms and electrical architectures undertaken by VCTC.
Key Tasks:
Act as major contact from After-Sales for JVs with regards to After-Sales Diagnosis Scripts and In-Car Diagnosis Functions development.
Identify and define After-Sales Diagnosis requirements and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that diagnostic requirements are implemented.
Evaluate and analyze After-Sales Diagnosis functions related feedbacks from JVs and market(s), continuously improvement of After-Sales Diagnosis Functions.
Manage and collect After-Sales Diagnosis Function requirements from JVs.
Research, collect and analyze information regarding the In-Car Diagnosis and Remote Diagnose content.
Develop After-Sales Diagnosis Scripts and In-Car Diagnosis functions.
Support Guided Fault Finding development and test.
Manage and maintain robust and efficient communication channels with all relevant departments, entities and regions.
Implement and manage the standard process and align with relevant counterparts for After-Sales Diagnosis development.
Support After-Sales related topics based on expertise and capacity.
Qualifications and skills required for the position:
Master or bachelor degree in the field of vehicle engineering, computer science, software science, electric & electronics engineering, vehicle diagnosis.
Internship experience in the field of automotive industry, especially with vehicle diagnosis experience.
Knowledge in the area of vehicle electronics and vehicle diagnosis
Experience in project management methods in all project phases
Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning
Experience in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, deal with uncertainties, master high pressure
Commitment for knowledge documentation
Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
