General Project Leading

YDO has the tasks for the project organization, the requirement definition in E Powertrain level, and the steering of the system development.

Key Tasks:

Implementation of ASPICE according to ISO/IEC 15504, ISO/TS 16949 and KGAS including supporting processes, e.g. Configuration and Change Management.

Ensure the traceability among the requirements, architecture, implementation, verification and validation

Leading project development process and IATF 16949 / ASPICE audit from internal quality department or third party.

Leading product development process based on IATF 16949, ASPICE standard.

Auditing the supplier development process according to IATF 16949 , ASPICE.

Closely work together with development, test, quality and other departments.

Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

Advising other people holding positions at VCTC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering.

Over 3 years working experience at least in Automotives industry, preferable in electronics, e-Drive.

English is mandatory, German and Chinese is a plus.

Have the ability and experience to lead and ramp up project & organization to ASPICE.

Familiar with all the process areas of ASPICE, VDA-QMC ASPICE, IATF 16949 certification is plus, audit assessor experience is plus.

Have the ability to standardize the ASPICE process in technical development to continuously improve the competency.

At least leading one project with ASPICE activities from scratch, including necessary tooling introduction support.

Good thinking process and problem-solving mindset.
