Brief description of the position:
Work as HMI Innovation designer who will responsible for define user experience based on dig into user insight and behaviors. Combine user requirements and design thinking methodology into HMI experience and creation. Design HMI system architecture and key framework concept.
Key Tasks:
Innovation analysis. Work with User research team on user insight, competitive analysis, industry trends, innovative technology research.
Create conceptual idea from user perspective, explore user benefits, define design principles, design user journey, user story, use cases.
Comprehensive planning of HMI experience, participation in defining overall business architecture, info-structure, experience map.
Work with product manager to release high quality PRD contain innovation concept
Create concept design mock-ups in low-fidelity draft, rapid prototype, animation, Interactive POC.
Establish HMI design guideline and standards, and deliver them to the execution department. Design detailed UX SPEC for implementation
Organize workshops for brainstorming and optimizing concept.
Work with associated departments, responsible for design co-create, design review, feasibility assessment of hardware and software, project schedule, and resource coordination.
Design and conduct a variety of research methods, both qualitative and quantitative, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing.
Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key insights, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in HMI Design, UX design
Working Experience:
At least 5 years work experience in HMI design
Lead well-known HMI project for mass production in the industry
Have successful innovation projects which already released to the market
Knowledge, skills and others:
Rich experience on PRD writing
Expert on innovation and creations, proficient in design methodology
Expert in design tools(especially with Figma, sketch, Mastergo, Protopie)
Familiarity with the experience creative process and design process
Good at teamwork and cross-team communication
