岗位描述/Department Mission

· C|GB as – Intelligent Cockpit & Body Development, takes the overall related solution development responsibility for Volkswagen group entity products in China with safe, convenient and joyful functions, services, experiences and HMI (Human Machine Interfaces) enabled by digital technologies

· We develop the functions, services and experiences to satisfy customer requirements and ensure Volkswagen Group products’ competitiveness in the most advanced market for Intelligent Cockpit & Body solutions

· We are responsible for the successful development, deployment and ongoing upgrade working with related global and local stakeholders for Intelligent Cockpit and Body solution products in China

主要职责/Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words):

· Overall responsible for infotainment & connectivity system design & solutions in China region. Lead infotainment & connectivity system technical feasibility, performance, requirements, evaluation and review.

· E2E responsibility for infotainment’s system base functions (one or multiple topics from below) according to China specific requirements and ensure the rollout to CEA platform/Architecture (incl. electrical and software sub systems) in region China. The following functions can be in the working scope (but not limited):

o AI

o SW Update

o Networking and signals

o Cyber Security

o Tbox

o Connectivity

o BTV

o Hardware system architecture

· Support function development by securing architecture model according to general and the CEA architecture standards.

· Tracking for system and cross functional project issues under alignment with suppliers, architects, function owners and other development partners.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

· Education: Bachelor degree or above in automotive/ electrical/ industrial engineering, computing or similar

· Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in infotainment system development or similar， export project experience as added point

· Deep knowledge and well-founded technical understanding of in-vehicle system in theory and practice (for Diagnose / ZDC, audio / power management, networking, media, stability, performance, graphic, Android system framework, SW update, etc.)

· Know-how and experience in software/ hardware development for embedded systems

· Experience in project and risk management (time management/ planning/ monitoring) is beneficial

· Know-how for VW development tools & processes is beneficial

· Team player, self-organized and motivated

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
