Brief description of the position:

This role is responsible for the development of brake control systems in China, focused in system- and function architecture, functional logic. Trace the development plan aligned with cross department, to ensure project goals and group strategy.

Key Tasks:

Definition of Brake control system architecture concept, requirement and interfaces. interface to ADAS, SRS, Powertrain ECUs etc.

Definition of HMI and FID interface and function, e.g. interactive function defined in HMI, warning and lights in FID with consideration of market trends and regulation requirement

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. ADAS, Powertrain, HMI, to ensure cross system requirements are fulfilled

Review and analyzing test data. troubleshooting issues related to brake systems

Trace development plan to ensure project timeline

Evaluation innovative technology and its advanced hardware and software architecture in chassis area for future projects, e.g. Brake by wire for L3/L4 vehicle systems

Ensure compliance with regulation, e.g. GB21670, ISO26262 etc.

Work with suppliers and internal department to integrate brake control functions

Prepare technical documentation, e.g. requirements, test reports, and validation plans

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, automotive electric related, major with HIL direction is preferred

3 years + in brake control systems, electromechanics, or automotive embedded systems.

Good knowledge in brake control systems

familiar with electrical chassis systems

Good knowledge of vehicle architecture and network

strong analytical ability, communication skills, teamwork, strong sense of responsibility
