Cross Domain System Engineer-AI Motion跨域系统工程师-智能运动控制方向

This position will act as the bridge between AI teams and chassis/ADAS/cockpit teams —translating AI capabilities into vehicle function requirements, designing signal interaction with AI models, and driving end-to-end function architecture from definition to release. Focus area is intelligent chassis.

Key tasks:

Lead end-to-end architecture design of AI-driven cross-domain functions, focusing on intelligent chassis.

Create function definition and realization documents, define subsystem scope and interface specs across Chassis, ADAS, Cockpit, and Cloud.

Define AI-enabled vehicle function scenarios (e.g., intelligent scene recognition, predictive chassis control, terrain adaptation).

Track functional development progress, review deliverables of each domain to ensure compliance with architecture design.

Lead real vehicle testing and performance acceptance, confirm functional performance meets targets.

Identify risks, coordinate solutions for architectural defects or implementation deviations.

Optimize architecture for cross-domain coordination efficiency, including AI inference latency and signal transmission.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, or related fields.

5 years of experience in AI related Function/System/Architecture design. Experience in Cockpit AI or ADAS AI is mandatory.

Knowledge, skills and others:

1. Deep knowledge of AI-enabled vehicle functions — understanding of AI model input/output data formats and inference flow, ability to define functional requirements for AI teams, and design interaction logic and interfaces with AI models.深入理解 AI 赋能整车功能 — 了解 AI 模型的输入输出数据格式与推理流程，能够向 AI 团队提出功能需求，设计与 AI 模型的交互逻辑与接口

2. Experience in vehicle-cloud interaction design.具备车云交互设计能力 — 车辆与云端平台间的数据交互设计，包括远程服务及车联网架构。

3. Familiar with cross-domain architecture covering **Cockpit, ADAS, Chassis, and Powertrain**. Experience in intelligent chassis functions (e.g., VMC, CDC, air suspension, terrain mode) is a strong plus. Background in Cockpit and Cloud domains is preferred. 熟悉覆盖座舱、ADAS、底盘、动力的跨域架构。具备智能底盘功能经验（如 VMC、CDC、空气悬架、地形模式）者优先。具备座舱及云端背景者优先。
