Brief description of the position:

This position is to handover "zero safety defects " cars within time plan, responsible for the full process quality monitoring, problem tracing, and work allocation for CP8 team members to support the stability and product reliability of the EV assembly process.

Key Tasks:

Work allocation for ZP8 team members.

Assembly guidance and onsite Check for key processes of the assembly.

100% quality check and handover cars

Project Planning, handover Vehicles timely followed Project Requirements

Problem recording, tracking, and escalation if necessary

WBK documents record and upload to the relevant folders.

At the beginning of each project, prepare WBK templates according to the drawings, PDM, Fugen plan and etc.

Planning E-ZP8 task for each project, do static check, dynamic check, water test, E-check for PT, AGT, KT cars in VSC. Make rework list, make handover report, meeting with customer to release the car. Then record issues are found.

According to the project, planning investment, apply for purchase request for devices, tools, or other items are needed for project and daily work.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

Working experience: Over 3 years of experience in automotive assembly processes or quality.
