We are seeking an Ecosystem Events Intern to support the delivery of AI and robotics ecosystem activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Event execution: Support pre-event setup, guest reception, registration, on-site operations, and post-event wrap-up.
• Materials preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, presentation materials, signage, registration lists, and other event assets in coordination with the team.
• Communication and coordination: Liaise with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors on schedules, materials, and logistics; track assigned tasks through completion.
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a hands-on approach to event support.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; comfortable using common document, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting campus, community, or industry events is a plus.
• Interest in AI, robotics, or technology-related events is a plus.
